Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY
NO CANCELLATIONS can be made to any order after it has been purchased, so please make sure everything is accurate before placing your order.
All LASH and LIPGLOSS orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days!

Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number directly to your email provided. Our standard shipping time is 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday – Fridaynot including holidays.
For international orders, please allow 6-10 business days after your order has been processed.

Please ensure that the address provided in your order is accurate and verified by The United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address on your order. We will not refund or reship your order due to your address error. Please check the address information, make sure you have included ALL of the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

We are not responsible for abandoned shipments.
We are not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state have been shipped.
